Storage, access and retention
Leads are stored in the website’s MySQL database and are accessible through a password-protected admin area to authorised personnel. Optional email notifications may be sent through the hosting provider when configured. We do not claim integration with an external CRM, SMS service, calendar or advertising platform.
The hospital should approve a retention schedule before launch and delete or anonymise records when they are no longer required for the documented purpose, subject to applicable obligations. Operational rate-limit tokens expire automatically.
Security and your choices
The project uses prepared database statements, CSRF protection, output escaping, session protections, upload validation and security headers. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure. You may ask about your enquiry, request correction or withdraw contact consent using the details above. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful handling.
Cookies and external links
The website uses a necessary session cookie for forms, security tokens and admin sessions. It does not include analytics, advertising trackers or client-side click tracking. Telephone, WhatsApp, map and external medical-reference links take you to services with their own privacy practices.
