Booking and preparation
Request an appointment online or call the clinic. The team contacts you to discuss available slots. Ask about contact-lens instructions, dilatation and whether you should arrange travel support.
Bring glasses, recent prescriptions, previous reports and relevant medical information.
Screening and discussion
The evaluation may include refraction, corneal imaging, thickness, tear-film and overall eye-health checks. Afterwards, the doctor explains significant findings and whether treatment should be considered, postponed or avoided.
You should have time to ask about alternatives, risks, recovery and costs.
A written plan and follow-up
If you choose to proceed, request a written procedure recommendation and estimate. Understand the preparation, travel arrangements and follow-up schedule. If you need time, take it.
